Ready to join the club?
New pups just need to register online (it takes about 10 minutes) and upload an up-to-date vaccination card before their first day. Once you’ve submitted the form, we’ll be in touch to confirm.

Frequently asked questions
What medical documents are required?
All dogs must be dewormed and fully vaccinated. Please provide up-to-date vet records for Rabies, DHPP (Distemper, Hepatitis, Parvovirus, Parainfluenza), and Bordetella (Kennel Cough) prior to their first visit.
What is the onboarding process?
We require a brief personality questionnaire to understand your dog's specific needs. Knowing if they are shy, energetic, or aggressive helps us place them in the perfect playgroup.
What about meals and medication?
Please make sure your dog arrives with a full tummy. Breakfast before drop-off and dinner after collection works best. Should meals or medication be needed during the day, please supply them along with instructions, including any special dietary requirements. We’re happy to provide treats throughout the day!
What are your hours and late policies?
We are open Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Please note that extra charges will apply for any late pickups. See our T’s & C’s for details.
